Ms. Megan Wutke
Kindergarten
Ms. Megan Wutke grew up in the Woodbury/Afton area. She attended Bethel University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 2006.
Ms. Wutke has worked with students in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. She enjoys working with students of all grade levels: each one having special traits she likes. Ms. Wutke’s experience with the ‘Responsive Classroom’ has helped shape her classroom philosophy. One aspect of that philosophy is building a community of learners. Ms. Wutke goes beyond herself and her students, to work with parents, teachers and others involved in the lives of her students in order that every student will achieve higher success through the support and encouragement of those around them.
Ms. Wutke comes from a wonderful Christian family with both her parents and two younger sisters being very involved in her life. She was the Horseback Riding Director at a summer camp for five summers. Ms. Wutke was also the Assistant Merchandise Manager for the MN Twins at the Metrodome. Ms. Wutke has volunteered with a number of organizations and continues to be actively involved in her home church and community.
